Koi no Koe digital editions are delivered immediately after a successful checkout. Please read this policy before you choose to pay.
Once a digital album has been delivered or its private download has been opened, the order cannot be refunded. This includes optional support added at checkout. Please check the product page, format, included files, and email address before confirming payment.
If payment completed but delivery has not arrived, please contact Koi no Koe with your FastSpring order reference. We will investigate the delivery and help you access the files. A duplicate charge or a technical failure will be reviewed promptly.
This policy does not limit a refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by applicable law, card-network rules, or FastSpring’s terms. FastSpring may decide payment disputes and tax-related adjustments as Merchant of Record.
If an order is refunded, disputed, charged back, or cancelled, its download and collection access may be revoked. Please do not continue using or sharing files after a reversal.
