This page explains the small amount of information used for update emails, the wish wall, anonymous listening and download counts, protected media, and site security. Koi no Koe does not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or publish email addresses.
To provide the features you choose, send requested updates, protect media and forms from automated abuse, remember local preferences, and maintain anonymous per-song listening and desktop-pet download counts.
Email addresses are encrypted at rest. Private credentials remain server-side. Signed, short-lived sessions protect media and forms, and one-way hashes avoid attaching a raw IP address or email address to public counters.
Koi no Sky uses only a temporary, coarse region supplied by the network to request nearby weather. Precise location is not requested, returned, stored, or shown.
Every requested update contains an unsubscribe link. You can clear browser preferences and local Vinyl Room data at any time. Fulfilled wishes remain in the public collection unless you request removal; email addresses are never published with them.
Update and wish emails are sent with your consent. Essential delivery, security, fraud-prevention, and media-session records are used to operate the requested service safely. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Cloudflare provides delivery, storage, security checks, Turnstile, and privacy-focused web analytics. Resend delivers requested email. YouTube privacy-enhanced embeds and links provide video playback. These providers may process technical request data under their own safeguards and policies.
FastSpring processes checkout, payment, tax, receipts, and fraud checks as the Merchant of Record. Koi no Koe receives the order reference and purchase email needed to record your entitlement and provide secure download links. Digital files are stored in Cloudflare R2; signed links expire and may be single-use for security. See the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy for purchase details.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Use a private recovery or unsubscribe link, or contact an official Koi no Koe account below.
Do not put contact details, passwords, health records, financial details, or another person’s private information in a public wish. If you are under the age required to consent where you live, please use the wish wall only with a parent or guardian.
