These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of Koi no Koe digital music editions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the checkout terms shown by FastSpring, our Merchant of Record.
Each edition is a digital product: lossless audio, artwork, lyrics, or other files described on its product page. The product name, edition details, currency, and price shown on the public catalogue are the information used for checkout. Prices may include taxes or fees calculated by FastSpring at checkout.
FastSpring processes payment, tax, fraud checks, receipts, and payment disputes. You may buy as a guest with an email address; no Koi no Koe account is required. After a successful order, delivery is made through a private download link and/or your Koi no Koe collection. Links are time-limited and may be single-use for security.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to download and listen to the edition for private use. You may keep a reasonable backup. You may not resell, share public download links, upload the files to a public service, or redistribute the audio, artwork, or lyrics.
Keep your email and account credentials safe. An account is used to show your own order history and regenerate secure download links; it does not transfer ownership of the files. We may suspend access where an order is reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or used to distribute files.
Because these products are delivered immediately, completed digital deliveries are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or FastSpring policy. Please review the edition details before paying. The full policy is in our Refund Policy.
We may update an edition, these terms, or the way links are delivered to keep the service secure. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order. For an access or delivery problem, contact Koi no Koe through an official account and include your FastSpring order reference.
Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived, including mandatory consumer, privacy, or payment-provider rights in your country. FastSpring’s checkout terms and privacy notices also apply to the payment relationship.
